Hello and welcome to our website, we hope you enjoy looking at our beautiful Dogue family. This website is dedicated to our beautiful boy Oscar, our very first Dogue who was taken from us too soon. We like many breeders, fell in love with the Dogue de Bordeaux breed after the movie 'Turner and Hooch'. After learning as much as we could about this breed, we were very fortunate to have meet Rhonda Kenny from Kenston Kennels, who has always taken the time and effort with helping us learn as much as we could. It was through Rhonda who we gained our very first and much loved Dogue, Oscar. Oscar was everything you could ask for in a guardian and companion, he was to be the foundation in our breeding, however we were devastated and saddened with his sudden passing in September 2005. He will never be forgotten in our hearts. The name Roidogue means 'King Dog', and that's exactly what Oscar was. |
Through Oscar, our love and admiration for the breed continued to grow, and in 2004 we welcomed Poppy, 2005 welcomed Gracie, 2006 welcomed Mischa and Hooch. In 2007 we are very excited about our latest 3 additions from our Poppy / Valton litter. We have kept 2 males and a female from this litter, Maggie, Duke and Bob.
We are a small kennel, who have taken
the time to select Dogues who we believe come from excellent lines and
who will be an asset to the future breeding of the Dogue de Bordeaux.
Our Dogues are all hip and elbow scored and health tested. They are not
caged or kenneled but raised as part of the family.
