Italian Greyhound

About This Breed

The Italian Greyhound has been around since ancient Egyptian times, little is known what their original purpose was, be it flushing birds or killing rats. They can be timid and young children should be watched around them, as their long legs are susceptible to breaks.

They do become very devoted to their families and are ideal to families with restricted space. They do feel the cold so need to be rugged up in the winter months.
